All you need
1. 60+ diapers , depending upon the size of your cake.
2. Ribbons to match your baby shower theme
3. Small and large rubber bands
4. Baby lotion and baby bottle
5. Baby items to put in the cake such as Pacifiers, bottles, lotion, bibs, receiving blankets, miniature stuffed animals, baby towel, onesie, wash cloths, baby hygiene products, toys, etc.

How to make your baby shower diaper cake
Unfold and roll your diapers and place a rubber band around the center of the roll to hold it tight.
Place a large baby lotion or baby shampoo bottle in the center and place 5,6 diapers around it as shown in the picture below to make the first circle of first tier and place a large rubberband around the diapers.

Now keep on placing the diapers around the first ring to make 2nd and third rings as shown in the pictures below.
